Judith Norell is a baker and owner of one of the highest rated, least famous bakeries in New York, Silver Moon Bakery. For Judith, baking bread isn’t just a job, but her undeniable passion. She says, “There are so many ways of earning a living that don’t contribute to our world, and that never interested me… You have to love what you do. Unless you have absolutely no choice, Why not do something that you really enjoy?”
